What is the cancellation policy?

You will be charged $50 for no shows. You will be charged $50 for any cancelation with less than 48 hours notice. I am a one woman scheduling show so I need at least 48 hours notice so I can potentially attempt to help another client. The policy is enforced this I can tell you for sure.

What insurances are accepted?

I currently accept most major insurance plans (these are usually offered through employers and the Marketplace). At this time I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes. Sometimes they are shorter but will most likely never be longer (a girl has to eat, stretch and go to the bathroom ya know). If you are running late for your appointment that will be deducted from the 55 minutes. If you are more than 20 minutes late that will be considered a no show and the cancelation fee will apply.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Presently the latest appointments begin at 5:30pm or 6:00pm. I am not one of those advantageous therapists that offer 8:00pm appointments although they are out there but you will not find them in this office.
